We ship all orders through Delhivery. We currently ship across India only.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message with a tracking link to monitor your shipment.
Delivery timelines depend on your location:

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
All orders are shipped with tracking. You can track your order using the tracking link shared after dispatch.
If your order arrives damaged or you believe it is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@brewcasso.coffee with your order details and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
We will coordinate with Delhivery to investigate and resolve the issue. A replacement or refund (if applicable) will be processed only after verification. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
While we aim for timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by the courier partner or circumstances beyond our control, including weather events, strikes, or natural disasters.
We currently only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
