We do not offer general returns or exchanges. Returns and refunds are only accepted if the product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@brewcasso.coffee with:

The choice of resolution will be determined in discussion with you. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount.
Items that are not damaged, defective, or incorrect are not eligible for return or refund. The following are strictly non-returnable:
Products sent back without prior written approval from us will not be accepted.
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel, email us immediately at support@brewcasso.coffee with your order number.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted.
