Plan on 1 cup of coffee per guest for an evening event, and 1.5 cups per guest for a morning event, a long day or a coffee station that stays open for hours. With a liquid coffee concentrate, each cup needs 20 ml of concentrate and about 160 ml of milk. Here's what that means for your guest list.
